Whose Toothbrush?

It’s been a month since I was last here, and so far, we are adjusting quite nicely in the new house and to our new living arrangements (both mom and ourselves).

I found a cute toothbrush holder that was shaped like a robot while I was out the other day, and I liked it, so I bought it for our upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately, our current toothbrush would not fit in it, but that can be easily fixed once replacement time comes around.

Anyway, when daughter came home for the weekend, I asked her if she’s seen it, and she says, yeah, but my toothbrush doesn’t fit.

Hmm…funny. There’s only 1 toothbrush in the bathroom, which was my green one. I assumed she kept hers in her bedroom all this time.

“Where do you keep your toothbrush? It’s not here.  Do you even brush your teeth?”

“What do you mean where’s my toothbrush?  It’s right there, the green one.”

Ugh. Say whut??

“No, that toothbrush is mine.”

Robot toothbrush holder and toothbrush that won’t fit.

“No. It’s mine.”

Uh-oh.

We go on and on and on like this for a few minutes.

Uh oh…

It seems we have been using the same tooth brush for almost a month now, and no one was the wiser. We always buy the toothbrush that comes in twos or threes, and the last one had both green brushes, so.

Gross, but funny.

Oh, well.  Time to get the robot some toothbrushes he can handle.
